QUANTICAL.ERP comes out of the IT consultancy rwQUANTICAL. We built it because we could not find a PSA tool that fit our own firm, and we have used it ourselves ever since. Every feature runs at our place first, before it reaches our clients.

What people ask us before they start
01How long does setup take?
The account is set up in under two minutes. Then you invite your team and the first entry can go in. There is no setup phase.
02Can I import my existing data?
Yes. Employees, projects, clients and time entries come in via an Excel template, larger migrations also through the REST API. A typical move takes one to two days.
03What happens after the free trial?
After 90 days the subscription continues at €12.90 per user per month. Cancel before then and nothing is charged. Your data is kept during and after the trial.
04Is there a minimum contract term?
No. Billing is monthly and you can cancel at the end of any month.
05How secure is my data?
Servers are in Germany, backups in EU data centres. TLS 1.3 in transit, daily backups, GDPR and Schrems II compliant.
06Can I export data from QUANTICAL.ERP?
Yes. Invoice, time entry and personnel data can be exported to Excel and through the REST API, for your tax advisor or a successor system.
07How does support work?
By email and chat, answered by people on our team in Düsseldorf. Usually within a few hours.
08Is there a timesheet template?
