Vacation and compensation
The Vacation and Compensation tabs in the employee in QUANTICAL.ERP - vacation statistics, annual vacation days, period-specific allocations, annual salary, other payments and bonus profiles.
The last two tabs in Edit Employee hold the vacation entitlement and the salary. Both take effect elsewhere: the vacation days in vacation management and capacity, salary and bonus in the costs of controlling.
Vacation
- Vacation Request Statistics: approved, pending and rejected days of the chosen year, below them the requests themselves
- Annual Vacation Days: the entitlement per year. Save Vacation Days applies the number
- Customizing Urlaubstage Vacation Days: allocations that override the entitlement for a period, for example when someone starts mid-year
An allocation has three fields: Days Allocated, Valid From and Valid To, both dates in the same year. The procedure is under Adjust vacation days. Carried-over days from last year you maintain in the vacation overview.
Compensation
Annual salary
Add Salary creates an entry of the salary history. A raise gets a new entry, the old one ends the day before.

The Bonus column of the table shows the bonus profile assigned in the period.
Other payments
Add Payment records a recurring payment with Description, for example a travel allowance, Amount (monthly) in euros plus Valid From and Valid To. The total below the table is the monthly amount of all payments.
Bonus profiles
Assign Profile links the person to a bonus profile: you choose the profile and set Valid From and Valid To. The table shows Cycle, Metric Source and Cap, the info icon the levels of the profile. The same assignment also works in the Bonus tab, see Assign profiles.

Project assignments and rates
Maintain an employee's projects in QUANTICAL.ERP from their point of view - assignment with role and rate in one step, rates per project with validity and status.
Bonus
Variable compensation in QUANTICAL.ERP - create bonus profiles with strategy, levels and schedule, assign them to employees, generate, approve and pay out payouts and issue bonus notifications.
