Set up your organization

Create your organization in QUANTICAL.ERP and define the base settings - name, branding, notifications and HR defaults.

Navigation: sidebar > Settings > Administration

After sign-up, the setup wizard creates your organization. Every setting can be changed later under Administration (sidebar, Settings section).

What you define

Name and address of the organization, they later appear on invoices and timesheets
Branding: company colors and logo, so the platform and generated PDFs match your identity
HR defaults: standard weekly hours and vacation days for new employees
Notifications: which emails the system sends, and when

Set the branding before your first invoice, so every document carries your logo from the start.

QUANTICAL.ERP knows two roles per organization:

Role	Sees and may do
Owner	Everything: controlling, HR, invoices, settings
Member	Own bookings, timesheets, leave and profile

One user can belong to several organizations, with a different role in each.
