Master data
The employee master data in QUANTICAL.ERP field by field - account information, basic information, contact, address with state, banking information, employment details and tax information.
The pencil in the employee list opens Edit Employee. The first tab Employee Master Data holds the person themselves, from the address to the tax class. The document icon next to a field shows that it appears on generated documents, such as the bonus notification. You save at the top right with Save Changes.
Account information
If a user account is linked, Display Name, photo and Organization Role stand here. This is where you switch a person between Member and Owner. Without account the section shows the Not Linked notice and the Invite User button, see Account and seats.

A consultant in Bavaria has different holidays than one in Hamburg. If your organisation calculates holidays with a fixed state, see Edit vacation rules, the field has no effect.
Banking information

All fields of this section are a record for payroll, QUANTICAL.ERP does not calculate with them.
Date of birth, private contact details, address, bank details and tax information are stored encrypted by QUANTICAL.ERP. Only owners can see them.
Account and seats
Read the employee list in QUANTICAL.ERP - account and organisation role per person, invite users, resend invitations, activate and deactivate seats.
Work requirements
Set an employee's weekly hours per period in QUANTICAL.ERP - the basis for target hours, utilisation, capacity and part-time changes.
