Project assignments and rates
Maintain an employee's projects in QUANTICAL.ERP from their point of view - assignment with role and rate in one step, rates per project with validity and status.
What the project holds under Assignments and Rates you see on the employee from their point of view: all projects of one person with their rates. Both tabs show the same data as the project, only sorted differently. Handy when a new consultant joins and comes onto several projects.
Project assignments
The Project Assignments tab lists per project Project No., Project, Role, Status and the date of the assignment.
Add an assignment
Click Add Assignment and choose the Project. The projects the person is not yet assigned to are offered. The Role is optional.
Give the rate right away
Enter the Hourly rate and, if needed, the Statistical rate, plus Valid from and Valid to. The dates apply to the rate. QUANTICAL.ERP creates the assignment and the rate in one step, the person can book at once and is valued correctly. Leave the rate empty and only the assignment is created.
The pencil changes the role, the bin removes the assignment to the project.
Rates
The Rates tab shows per project Hourly Rate, Stat. Rate, Valid From, Valid To and the Status: Active applies today, Future starts later, Expired is over. The pencil changes rate or validity, the bin deletes the rate.

Work requirements
Set an employee's weekly hours per period in QUANTICAL.ERP - the basis for target hours, utilisation, capacity and part-time changes.
Vacation and compensation
The Vacation and Compensation tabs in the employee in QUANTICAL.ERP - vacation statistics, annual vacation days, period-specific allocations, annual salary, other payments and bonus profiles.
