Account and seats
Read the employee list in QUANTICAL.ERP - account and organisation role per person, invite users, resend invitations, activate and deactivate seats.
The list under Administration > Employees shows at a glance who has a login and who takes a seat. From here you invite employees and manage the seats.
Reading the list
- Employee Name: name and work e-mail
- Account: the name of the linked user account. Not Linked means the person has no login, Invited that the invitation is still open
- Organization Role: Owner or Member, without account also Not Linked
- Status: Active or Inactive from the employment details
The filters No account and No seat show where something is still missing. The pencil opens the master data, the bin deletes the record.
Invite a user
For a person without account the actions hold the person-plus icon. It opens the Invite User dialog with the Email Address from the master data and the Organization Role. Send Invitation sends the e-mail with the join link, you can also copy the link and pass it on yourself. As long as the invitation is open, the same spot shows Resend Invitation.
Once the person signs in through the link, the account is linked to the record and takes a seat. If all seats are taken, the dialog offers Upgrade by 1 seat with a price preview.
Activate and deactivate seats
The chair icon in the actions switches a person's seat: Deactivate Seat frees the seat, the person can then no longer sign in, their data stays for evaluations. Activate Seat takes a seat again. Both ask for confirmation first. This way you move seats between employees without changing the subscription.
Roles

Create an employee
