Bonus
Variable compensation in QUANTICAL.ERP - create bonus profiles with strategy, levels and schedule, assign them to employees, generate, approve and pay out payouts and issue bonus notifications.
QUANTICAL.ERP calculates bonuses from the data that is there anyway: booked hours, rates, invoices, salaries. You describe the rule once as a bonus profile, assign it to employees and have the payouts generated at the end of the period. Everything sits under Administration > Employees in the Bonus tab.

Choose the strategy, set rules and levels, define the payout schedule.

Give employees a profile with validity and follow the bonus live in the overview.
Payouts
Generate, check, override, approve and mark payouts as paid, and create bonus notifications.
Three terms
- Profile: the rule. Which metric the bonus is based on, from which values how much is paid, in which cycle and when
- Assignment: the link between employee and profile with Valid From and Valid To. An employee can have several profiles
- Payout: the calculated amount for a period, with a status from Created via Approved to Paid
Which hours and revenue count is controlled by the Bonus-Relevant switch on the project, see Create a project. Salary-based bonuses use the annual salary in the Compensation tab, see Costs and overhead. In controlling bonuses appear as personnel costs: approved and paid payouts as fixed, open periods as a forecast.
