Assign profiles
Assign a bonus profile with validity to employees in QUANTICAL.ERP and see formula, level, gross and net per employee live in the Employee Bonus Overview.
A profile only takes effect once it is assigned to an employee. The Employee Bonus Overview at the top of the Bonus tab shows all employees with their assignments and calculates the bonus for the chosen period live.
Assign a profile
For an employee without assignment the Status column reads No Assignment, and the Profile column offers the assignment. A click there opens Assign Bonus Profile: choose the profile and set Valid From, if needed Valid To. QUANTICAL.ERP measures the metric only within this validity. If someone switches profile mid-year, end the old one on 30 June and start the new one on 1 July, then every euro of revenue counts exactly once.

Reading the overview
- Period: period start and end at the top, preset with the start of the year to today
- Formula: the calculation behind the metric, for example hours times average rate equals revenue. The info icon shows the breakdown by project or client
- Calculation Base and Level: the value reached and the level it triggers
- Gross Bonus: the value of the level, already scaled for part-time adjustment
- Net Bonus: gross minus what was already paid out in the period, capped at the maximum
- Total Gross and Total Net: the sum over all of the employee's profiles
The overview is a simulation and saves nothing. An amount becomes binding only as a payout.
