Work requirements
Set an employee's weekly hours per period in QUANTICAL.ERP - the basis for target hours, utilisation, capacity and part-time changes.
The work requirement says how many hours a person is expected to work per week, and from when. From it QUANTICAL.ERP derives the target hours for utilisation in controlling, the target capacity in the resource overview and the daily average with which vacation and sick leave are counted in hours. You find it in the employee's Work Requirements tab.

Add a work requirement
Click Add Work Requirement and enter the Weekly Hours, for example 40 for full-time or 20 for a half position. The daily average is one fifth of it.

Set the validity
Valid From is preset with the person's start date, Valid To lies far in the future. Periods must not overlap, the form points that out. Add saves.
Reading the table
Every row shows Weekly Hours, Valid From, Valid To and the Status: Active applies today, Future starts later, Expired is over. The pencil changes a row, the bin deletes it.
Reflecting a contract change
If someone switches from 40 to 30 hours on 1 July, end the existing requirement on 30 June and create a new one from 1 July. Utilisation then calculates every month with the right target hours, without losing the old values.
Without a work requirement QUANTICAL.ERP calculates with 40 hours per week. For part-time staff utilisation then comes out too low and capacity in the resource overview too high.
Master data
The employee master data in QUANTICAL.ERP field by field - account information, basic information, contact, address with state, banking information, employment details and tax information.
Project assignments and rates
Maintain an employee's projects in QUANTICAL.ERP from their point of view - assignment with role and rate in one step, rates per project with validity and status.
