Generate digital timesheets as PDF - per project and period, for client sign-off or as invoice attachment.
Navigation: sidebar > Actions > Timesheets
In the Timesheets area, QUANTICAL.ERP generates PDF documents from booked time: pick project and period, generate the document, done. The typical use is client sign-off before invoicing.
What the timesheet contains
- Date, hours and task per booking
- Total over the selected period
- Your logo and company colors from branding
- Signature fields for both sides, if wanted
Approval workflow
Timesheets can be approved internally before they go out, so a project lead reviews the bookings before the client sees them.
