Assign the team
Assign employees to a project in QUANTICAL.ERP - in the Assignments tab or straight from the project list, one by one or all at once, with an optional role.
Only assigned employees can book on a project, receive rates and be planned in budget planning. You maintain the assignment in the project's Assignments tab or straight from the project list.
Add a member
Click Add Member, choose the Employee and enter a Role if you like, such as consultant or developer. The role is free text and serves the overview only. Add All Members takes all active employees into the team at once, handy for internal projects like training.
Save changes
New rows sit in the table only. Save Changes writes them to the project. The bin at the end of a row removes an assignment again.
Reading the table
Every row shows the employee with their status, the role and the currently valid Rate with Statistical Rate, Valid From and Valid To. The rates are shown here for reference only, they are created and changed in the Rates tab. The No Rate Set filter shows team members without a rate valid today, Active only hides inactive employees.
Assign from the project list
The person icon in the Actions column of the project list opens the Add Assignments dialog with the same table. This way you assign a team without opening the project.
The other way round exists too: in an employee's master data the Project Assignments tab lists all their projects and creates an assignment with rate in one step, see Project assignments and rates.
Create a project
Create a new project in QUANTICAL.ERP - every field of the basic information and billing details with requirement, meaning and effect on booking, controlling and invoice.
Rates
Maintain hourly rates per consultant and project in QUANTICAL.ERP - rate, statistical rate, validity, handling of overlaps and where the rate is used.
