Overview

Read the start page of QUANTICAL.ERP - utilisation and vacation days, weekly bookings against the target, assigned budget per project and utilisation over the year.

After signing in you land on the Overview. Four cards show your own status: how utilised you are, how much you booked this week, how your project budgets are running and how utilisation develops over the year. All numbers refer to you, also as an owner.

Overview with the four cards utilisation, weekly bookings, assigned budget and weekly utilisation

Utilisation and vacation days

The ring shows the utilisation rate for the current year: billable hours divided by expected hours. Expected are the hours from your work requirement on the working days since the start of the year or since your start date, without public holidays and without the proportional vacation. The info icon opens the utilisation details with exactly this calculation.

Below are the Vacation Days: the Contractual entitlement, Requested with open and approved requests, Carried Over from last year and Days Left as what you can still request.

Weekly bookings

The card shows one week, the arrows switch, Today jumps back. Under Working time the booked weekly hours stand against the Target from the work requirement. Under Project bookings QUANTICAL.ERP compares ACT with PLAN from budget planning per project and shows the difference.

Assigned budget

For every active client project with a budget allocation you see the Period, the current plan in PD / week, the booked hours Actual to date, the Plan to date and the Plan hrs total. Red means you are behind plan. Submitted vacation does not lower the plan, a note names the hours you catch up on by the end of the project.

Weekly utilisation

The chart plots utilisation per calendar week, the dashed line marks the target of 100 percent. The eye icon shows the breakdown by project.

Hours on client projects with a billing type count as billable, see Billing types in the project. Internal projects do not raise utilisation.
