Overall project view
As a project lead in QUANTICAL.ERP, see PLAN and ACTUAL hours, consumption and duration per project and employee over the whole duration.
The Overall project view is the second tab of the Booking overview in Project management. Instead of single weeks it shows the whole duration of every project you lead.
The columns
- PLAN total: the employee's planned hours over their whole assignment
- PLAN to date: the part of the plan that should have been booked by today
- ACTUAL total: the hours actually booked
- % consumed: ACTUAL total in relation to PLAN total. Above 100 percent the value turns red; without a plan it reads no PLAN
- Project duration: the period of the employee's assignment
- Status: Active or Inactive
The Total row sums up each project. Column widths can be changed; the table cannot be sorted or filtered.
A high PLAN to date with a low ACTUAL total shows early that a project is behind plan. The weeks in which this happened are in the Utilisation timeline.

View all time entries of the organisation in QUANTICAL.ERP, filter them, export to Excel, book for employees and create timesheets for any employee.
