Intercompany settlement (ILV)
Settle revenue between the companies of one organisation in QUANTICAL.ERP - define recipients and create ILV documents along with the invoice run.
If your organisation has several companies, one often issues the invoice while the consultants are employed by another. The intercompany settlement (ILV) balances that: for every client invoice with such consultants an internal document is created that transfers the revenue share from the issuing company to the employing one. The client sees none of it, money flows only internally.
Set up
You find the setting under Settings > Administration > Internal Allocation. The issuer is the default invoice issuer. As Recipients you add the companies whose consultants appear on client invoices. Every company needs an address in its company data, the recipient address for internal documents is maintained in the Edit Company dialog.

As long as no recipient is entered, the ILV is disabled and only client invoices are created.
Create documents
In the Create Invoices dialog tick Internal Settlements (optional). The preview shows under Internal Chargebacks (Preview) one document per client invoice and target company with the related invoice. The documents get numbers from the Next Internal No. range, for example IC-2026-0001, and carry the type Internal Settlement in the invoice list. Their status switches from Created to Uploaded once you have filed the document in your accounting.
The PDF is titled "Interne Leistungsverrechnung X zu Rechnung Y" with negative amounts. You change its texts under Documents & Invoices in the Internal Invoice (ILV) tab.
If a client invoice is cancelled, QUANTICAL.ERP cancels the related ILV document along with it.
