Subscription

QUANTICAL.ERP is billed per active seat. A seat is a member who may sign in. Under Settings > Subscription owners see the status, change the number of seats and distribute them among the members.

Current subscription

The card on the left shows Plan, booked Seats, the Monthly Price, the Billing Interval and the current billing period. The badge names the status: Trial, Active, Past Due or Canceled. During the trial the sidebar counts the remaining free days at the bottom, shortly before the end QUANTICAL.ERP reminds you by e-mail.

Manage subscription

Without a subscription you choose the number of seats and click Subscribe. After that you find here:

• Add Payment Method stores card or direct debit during the trial so the subscription continues without interruption. Later the button reads Manage Billing and opens the payment portal with invoices and payment method
• Pay by Invoice requests payment by invoice. You enter company, contact person and billing address, our team gets in touch. Until then the card carries the badge Invoice payment requested
• Number of seats with Update Seats raises or lowers the booked seats. More seats apply at once, fewer from the next billing period. You cannot go below the number of seats in use, release seats first
• Cancel Subscription ends it at the end of the billing period, everything stays usable until then. Restore Subscription takes the cancellation back before that

Seat assignment

The table lists all members with Role and Employee Number. The Seat Active switch gives a person access or takes it away, the top right shows how many seats are used. Once the limit is reached, deactivate a seat or book another one. The filter Members without a seat shows who is still waiting.
