Assign projects
Assign projects to a client in QUANTICAL.ERP - from the client list, in the client's Projects tab or directly on the project, with billing type in one step.
A project belongs to exactly one client. Usually you choose the client when creating the project. For projects that have no client yet, for example after an import, there is the route via the client.
Open the dialog
Click the list icon in the Actions column of the client list, or Assign projects in the client's Projects tab. The dialog shows all projects without a client with Code, Name, Order Number and Billing Type.
Choose projects and set the billing type
Tick the projects. In the Billing Type column you choose right away how the project is billed, the order number you enter if needed. If there is no project without a client, Create new project leads to the project form.
Assign
Assign projects writes the client into the chosen projects. They appear at once in the client's Projects tab.
The Projects tab
Inside the client, the Projects tab lists all assigned projects with Project Code and Project Name. The icon in the Actions column opens the project. You release the assignment on the project by choosing another client there.
If a client bills via a Collective Invoice, every new project of this client gets the billing type automatically, and all its projects must carry the same billing details. More under Billing types in the project.
Create a client
Create a new client in QUANTICAL.ERP - every field of the New Client dialog with requirement and meaning, from the client code to the address on the invoice.
Budget planning
Spread person-days per week over project budgets in QUANTICAL.ERP - per project or per employee, with budget consumption in euros and a suggestion for the remaining budget.
