Customise the timesheet design

Set company logo, digital signature and brand colours for timesheets and other PDF documents in QUANTICAL.ERP.

Introduction

To customise the timesheet design, click Administration under Settings in the left sidebar and open Branding & Design. The settings apply to every PDF document: besides timesheets also invoices and bonus notifications.

Under Branding & media, choose your logo at Company logo via Choose file. PNG and SVG up to 500 KB are allowed. The logo appears in the header of every document.

Add a digital signature (optional)

At Digital signature you can upload a signature as PNG, SVG or JPEG up to 300 KB.

Set brand colours

Under PDF brand colours set the primary colour and secondary colour, with the colour picker or as a hex value. The arrow icon resets a colour to its default. PDF preview shows the result before saving.

Save

Click Save settings. New timesheets use the adjusted design from now on.

Create a timesheet

Create a timesheet in QUANTICAL.ERP for one project and period as a PDF and add your own signature.

Sick leave

Report sick leave in QUANTICAL.ERP, view it as an administrator and set the sick-note requirement.
